  4. All the participants will appear in a leadership assessment process with free profiling worth INR 10000.

  5. All the finalist will get a free 1 to 1 consulting for different leadership development process.

  6. All the participants are invited in the final event to receive the Great Leader Certification Award.

  7. The finalists will receive the moment and will be featured in the news portal.
